Role overview

British Council is recruiting a Sales Manager to join our expanding Sales and Customer Management Team in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Please note that restricted work permit requirements, only Vietnamese nationals will be considered for this role.

Purpose of job: 

As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and Customer Management to develop and the Sales Team to work hand-in-hand to deliver exceptional service to all customers at British Council branches. You will be responsible for building, leading and motivating skilled sales staff to deliver sales targets, to proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all business needs are met. You will be an active member of the Teaching Centre Management Team to inform decisions on actions and build strategies to ensure financial performances are met and that all tasks are in line with the British Council guidelines and policies.

To be considered for the role, it is essential that you have a good track record of managerial experience of leading a team of sales in a target orientated environment as well as in managing projects to drive business and to improve customer service level. Please indicate whether you have a record of proven ability to deliver tasks to tight deadlines and the ability to meet targets.
