TPD’s Viet Cine Corner is an unprecedented initiative that provides general audiences with access to materials related to Vietnamese cinematic works throughout the years. The library consists of three continually-evolving components: a film collection (DVDs and digital) which can be viewed through on-site stations, a database, and a series of film screenings (plus discussions with film-makers).

Housed on TPD's premises in Hanoi (at 51 Tran Hung Dao), the library is open from Monday to Saturday, 10.00–18.00. Beyond its initial FAMLAB-affiliated phase, the collection continues to be accessible at TPD into the future.

From December 2018 through to September 2019, the monthly themes for the project screenings and talks were:

December 2018 – Vietnamese Cinema during the 2000s
January 2019 – Films Adapted from Vietnamese Literature Works
March 2019 – Contemporary Vietnamese Documentary Films
April 2019 – Vietnamese Film Stars
May 2019 – 1990s Southern Commercial Films
June 2019 – Independent Cinema in Vietnam
July 2019 – Viet Kieu Films
August/September 2019 – Female Vietnamese Filmmakers

Some of the Vietnamese film-makers and actors/actresses who participated in project events include Dang Nhat Minh, Tran Van Thuy, Pham Nhue Giang, Nhu Quynh, Tran Phuong Thao, Pham Ngoc Lan, amongst others.
