Abstract
This workshop will present 3 case studies of the different ways that blended learning can work.
- A quick and easy example where a phone app is used to trigger students to think about one idea a day before coming to class.
- A secondary school in the UK where online homework is set (as exam preparation) and teacher tracking is the key to success.
- A Taiwan university where a teacher uses a pronunciation program in class as a reliable model and guidance for further self-access as well as independent learning.
