Workshop 1: How to achieve a high band score in IELTS writing

Content : Gareth Roberts, one of our expert IELTS teachers, will show you how to achieve a high band score, explain the key criteria used in assessing you, and guide you through some key strategies to help you achieve success in the IELTS writing test.


Workshop 2: Using online resources for listening and reading skills

Time : 18.00 – 19.00, Friday, 22 November 2013

Content : Loz Whitaker, our ICT Co-Ordinator, will show you how you can maximize your time spent studying English outside of the classroom using a range of self-study techniques.


Workshop 3: Pronunciation: Beyond the sound

Time : 18.00 – 19.00, Friday, 22 November 2013

Content : Tal Porter, our Acadmic Manager for Adult Courses, will show you what more there is to pronunciation beyond sounds, addressing one of the biggest problems faced by students aiming to succeed in the IELTS speaking test.
