The British Council in Viet Nam would like to invite you to an event designed for Vietnamese students who have received an offer from an academic institution in the UK and are preparing to depart to the UK for the 2025–2026 academic year. The event is organised in collaboration with the Vietnamese Student Association in the UK (SVUK) and the UK Alumni Association (UKAV). The programme includes an online webinar and offline events in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, offering up-to-date and practical information to help students prepare thoroughly for their study journey abroad. Parents are also welcome to attend.

As the teaser event to the main Pre-Departure Briefing 2025 events in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, this activity is your first step toward a smooth transition to life in the UK. 

Joining the online webinar, you will discover insights from UK alumni about: 

  • Guidance to prepare your 2025 E-visa application effectively 
  • Tips on financial preparation: opening bank accounts and using financial application and expense management
