On the occasion of the first year anniversary of myClass English for Adults in Vietnam, the British Council has organised a series of exciting activities to promote the key features of myClass to learners.

The activities to celebrate one year of myClass in Vietnam can be found below

myMemory: take selfies, share on Facebook and received instant gifts

myClass photo areas with special designs are now ready for you to take selfies with your friends.

Time: 19.00 – 20.00, only three days from 4 to 6 November 2015

Gifts: every day, the first 50 students who take selfies and share their photos with the hashtag #myClass1year will receive special gifts from the British Council.

myQuiz: answer quizzes and get a chance to win CGV cinema gift cards

From 26 October to 6 November, the British Council will share myClass quizzes on the British Council Facebook. The correct answers will be selected and the luckiest players randomly selected by the random.org system will receive CGV gift cards value at 500,000 dong.

myStory: stories shared by myClass students

myClass students are 18 years old and above, who are working in different industries with different reasons for learning English. myStory will bring to you the true stories shared by our myClass students who attended and experienced myClass at the British Council.

These stories will be shared on our Facebook page British Council Vietnam English.

myType of Class: an application which helps users to figure out the learning methods which best suit them

Do you like listening to music, watching movies, or playing action games? It will be more meaningful if you can combine your interests with learning English at the same time. This application of myClass will help you turn your hobbies into the most effective tools to practice English.

myClass Gala Dinner to celebrate myClass one year in Vietnam

Time: 18.30 – 22.00, Saturday 7 November 2015

Location:

  • Hanoi: Vuvuzela beer club, Floor G2, B4 Pham Ngoc Thach street, Dong Da Dist.
  • Ho Chi Minh City: M.O.B beer club, 152 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia street, District 1

At this event, students will:

- meet myClass students and teachers of the year

- enjoy music and buffet dinner with our special guests

- interact with the British Council teachers

- take part in a lucky draw with many prizes.The special prize is a Samsung Galaxy J7 mobile phone.

- receive myClass gifts

(*) The gala dinner is only available for students who receive an invitation.

100 invitations will be sent to students who attended the highest number of myClass lessons from October 2014 to October 2015 in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

50 invitations will be sent to the luckiest students who win the lucky draw. Students will receive lucky draw tickets from teachers. Lucky draw tickets will be sent to students in class.
