Role overview
The British Council is the UK’s international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities. The British Council in Vietnam is a priority country for the British Council within East Asia. We engage with nearly 15 million people a year through activity across 3 strategic business units: Education and Society, English and Exams and the Arts. We have two centres in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, with two additional branch teaching centres in each.

The British Council in Ho Chi Minh City is looking for professional, aspiring and enthusiastic teachers to join our team on a short term, two month contract for our Summer school in one of two branches in Ho Chi Minh City.
You will have a university degree and a TEFL-Q qualification (i.e. Cambridge DELTA/Trinity DipTESOL) or be TEFL-I qualified (i.e. Cambridge CELTA/Trinity CertTESOL). You must also be a highly proficient user of English with extensive Young Learner experience. As a member of the teaching team, you will deliver high quality lessons on our Summer programme.
