ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT/TEAM
The Teaching Centre in Vietnam has identified ambitious expansion plans for the coming years. In line with these plans, the Sales and Customer Management Team will be having the critical task of delivering growth in sales volume. We may also have an expanding examinations operation facilitating the taking of UK examinations, this is in accordance to our plan to grow our IELTS and APTIS customer base. Our customers engage with us face-to-face, online, through email and via the phone, and the National Sales Manager will lead the team to ensure an efficient and effective level of service.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You should have an undergraduate degree and will bring along at least two years of work experience in B2C customer management and/or a sales environment, preferably in the education sector. You should have excellent communication and customer relation skills and sales techniques.
