IT Helper
Maintain reliable and consistent ICT environment and resolve technical issues timely to avoid negative impacts on teaching activity and office operation.
Successful candidates will work in Hanoi IT Team. This is an opportunity to develop understanding of work in international cultural relations, especially between the UK and Vietnam.
Develop technical skills and soft skills when operating standard IT support service systems in a professional working environment. Develop English skills on working with teachers.

Working hours | The post holder will be required to work from 2-4 days per week on a shift system from Monday to Sunday. Evening and weekend working is required on a regular basis. |

Role overview
We are looking for part-time IT staff with the following main tasks:
Maintain full functionality of ICT devices in classrooms and office:
- carry out the daily checks in classrooms (projector, Computer, Interactive White Board, Apple TV, speaker, internet access, teaching software, …) to fix any issue before classes start.
- carry out daily checks office devices (printers, photocopiers…) to take appropriate actions timely, avoid interruption on office operation.
Provide technical support timely to ensure continuity of teaching activity and office operation:
- deal with issues of computers, projector, printers, tablets in classroom and office.
- support teachers and back office staffs in using ICT devices (Ipads, WIFI system, Apple TV…) and Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
- Collaborate with Global Service Desk members to resolve technical issues.
