The British Council Examinations Team in Viet Nam is looking for an Exams Marketing Executive in Ho Chi Minh city. The successful candidate will report to Country Exams Marketing Manager and contribute to the delivery of our marketing campaigns, event activities, content development and administrative tasks as requested for Examination services in Vietnam.

Salary Monthly gross salary: VND15.000.000, plus social insurance, health check, 13th month salary, annual leave (12 days per year)
Duration 1 year with possible extension (third-party contract)
Working hours Full time (from Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week). Additional support at the weekend may occasionally be required

The post holder is expected to support Examinations team for the following tasks: 

  • implementing marketing campaigns, events, and activities
  • managing websites and developing content
  • conducting market research and competitor tracking
  • carrying out financial administration tasks

Applicants should meet the following requirements: 

  • have knowledge of digital marketing, event management 
  • have experience in content development and management on multi channels  
  • good level of English and Vietnamese (Intermediate and above) 
  • high sense of responsibility, organisational skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to details and customer-oriented  
  • ability to demonstrate the British Council’s behaviours at essential level: Working together, making things happen and being Accountable. (For details, please refer to the British Council’s core values
  • ability to use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • familiarity with using Campaign Monitor, CMS management and Meta Business Suite is a plus. 

Priority is given to newly graduated students who have experience in integrated marketing, event management and content development in the field of education, with the goal of learning experience and career development in this field.
