We are looking for an Exams Services Executive to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This post holder will provide administrative support in delivering examinations across Vietnam, ensuring British Council and exam board standards are met.

Role overview
You will be responsible for exams administration duties such as ensuring registrations and candidate information is securely maintained on system and database, manage logistical preparations, drafting and despatching of instruction letters, timetables and results to candidates, organisation, schools, teachers and exams boards as required.
You will manage venue staff by providing appropriate logistic arrangements for recruitment, training and certification for new examiners and standardisation workshop for existing examiners and also prepare income reconciliations and quarterly reports for signing off by Exams Operations Manager (EOM).
To be able to qualify for this position, good written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese, preferably with IELTS 6.5 or above is required, you will also be required to graduate with a degree in any discipline and to have working experience (minimum two year) dealing with administration/customer service/operation work and lead a team, good experience of IT skills and usage of multiple systems are advantageous.
