Role overview

In this role, you will ensure exams operations are optimally executed to support achievement of business targets, quality and compliance standards of the British Council as well as exam boards and customer service excellence.

You will also plan and execute exam operations within the country in collaboration with Regional leadership. This role will also be expected to lead the implementation on a board range of improvement projects working closely with cluster and global counterparts.

To be qualified for this role, you will be able to communicate well in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese with a bachelor’s degree. You will have the ability to come up with project plans to implement improvement initiatives as well as to maintain business standards while integrating new ways of working. You will bring along three years’ experience of managing a team as well as operations management experience.
